During a time of exponential growth and portfolio diversification, Corner Lot acquired one of the most recognizable buildings in Jacksonville. Located at 1000 Riverside Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida, Corner Lot Center is a nine-story, Mid-Century Modern building designed by Architect Taylor Hardwick in 1963. Known as home to Riverside’s River and Post Restaurant and Rooftop Bar, Corner Lot Center’s iconic design presides tall over the Riverside district and is near Five Points's dining and nightlife opportunities.
